TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to the delivery information on individual product pages and to our Returns Policy for further information.

LOA Jewellery retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

COLOUR, SHADE AND SIZE

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

LOA Jewellery reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Our privacy policy tells you how we will use your personal information and details of this can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

All items displayed on the LOA Jewellery website are the copyright of Bridea Ltd. The designs are owned by Bridea Ltd and direct plagiarism will result in legal action.

CHANGES TO WEBSITE

LOA Jewellery reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any page of this Website.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services team on info@loajewellery.com (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you. Details for returning your order are also included in the order package.

Please return it to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. We ask that you please return the items where possible with their original packaging. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records. Once item is received at LOA Jewellery, we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.

If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.

TERRITORY AND LAW

The use of this website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS LIABILITY
